  1. How long is shipping? Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days. Delivery times are also displayed during checkout. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

  2. Do you ship Internationally? We currently ship only within the U.S. and to Canada directly through our website. However, international shipping is available on Amazon! Please note that we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska directly, but orders can be placed via Amazon.

  3. What is a Pre-Order? A Pre-Order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available. Delivery times for Pre-Orders are indicated on the product page and in your confirmation email. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Product Questions

  1. Does the grinder come with the stash box bundle? Unfortunately, no the grinder is sold separately. We are looking to expand our catalog down the road.

  2. How much herb can the glass storage jars hold? Each jar can hold up to an 3.5g of herb.

  3. What is the brush for? The brush is used to keep your box and tray clean. It helps sweep off any little crumbs.

  4. What are the box dimensions? The dimensions of the box are 10 inches W x 7 inches L x 4 inches H.

  5. Do you also sell flower? No, we only sell accessories.

  6. Do you offer customizations? We do not offer customizations, but feel free to customize on your own! If you do, please tag us in your posts. We love to see your creative designs!

Troubleshooting and Box Care:

  1. How do I set my lock? To unlock your lock, slide the button to the right. The default code is 000. To reset the code, slide the button to the left, and while holding to the left, change the dials to your preferred code. Once you release, your code will be set. You can reset the code at any time by following the same process. Please refer to our Lock Tutorial for more guidance.

  2. What happens if we forget the code to our lock? Unfortunately, once the code is forgotten, it cannot be changed. However, we offer lock replacement kits.

Bamboo Care & Tips:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the bamboo box regularly with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Avoid using abrasive materials that could scratch the surface.
  • Avoid Excess Moisture: Bamboo is susceptible to damage from excessive moisture. Keep the bamboo box in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity.
  • Protection from Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can lead to fading and drying of bamboo. If the box is placed outdoors or near windows, consider periodically rotating its position.
  • Storage: If the bamboo box is not in use, store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in damp or humid conditions, as this can lead to mold or mildew growth. For further questions on damage, please refer to our Warranty.
